ndy4eva, it's busy but nothing overwhelming. Also, I'm open to a change of venue if that works out better for others. I'm not against poping up just about anywhere in the lower mainland. I do thoroughly enjoy driving my Jaguar and the longer the drive, the bigger my smile will be
