***Amazing Pinnacle Wax FREE PRIZE DRAW***WINNER ANNOUNCED***
2007 XK convertible, Arctic Frost with dark blue top...shown here north of Point Arena along the No. California coast in September 2013 in the midst of a 3-month/15,000-mile/21-state odyssey...Thanks, Pinnacle.
1956 XK 140 MC.
NOT a trailer or garage queen! Bought 1978, refurbed 2001 - 2006 but not concours. Driven as often as possible in decent weather with ALACRITY, the way they were meant to be. Looks good but close up she still wears battle scars from her years of service. Have more fun driving to an occasional show than being in the show itself (Driven Class). Last one I went to I ran up on a 120 in the early AM about 15 miles from destination and knew he was headed to the same place. I looked at him, he looked at me, and the race (gentlemen's style) was ON! I don't want to put in writing how fast we were going (upper ranges of tach in 4th) but suffice to say if we had encountered a trooper we would probably still be in the can. We both had a BLAST and the euphoria lasted me for weeks!
Love Jags! I've owned them now for 50 yrs and still have my first, an XK150S roadster. Needs a total restoration now like my others except the '02 XJ8 VDP daily driver.
Let's see how this wax does on old fashioned single stage paint. That's Primrose Yellow, an E Type color from the 60's. Had to special order through my business (restricted to professional use only) and sign all sorts of stuff since it's no longer eco friendly. Admittedly it's garage kept but other than routine washing it hasn't been waxed in 10 yrs and still shines.
The car is 99% original and the only obvious change is I had to add an electric fan to help the cooling when I get stuck in traffic on a hot day.
'Nuff said.

I am the proud owner of a high end mobile detailing company: Distinct Detailing.
If I win the wax, I will offer this to my customers as my new "top shelf" wax; and hopefully turn some clients into lifelong Pinnacle customers.
Here's my S type R
Thanks,
D
