Default Innovative Detailing Corrects and Protects forum members 2012 Jaguar XK "Black Pack"

Thank you so much Brandon for contacting me to correct and protect your absolutely stunning brand new Special Edition "Black Pack" 2012 Jaguar XK. Definitly one mean looking panther, and now she has a coat of amour.....

I appreciate the fact that you joined the forum after we spoke initially, as you can see there is a bunch of great folks on here. Reviews on Yelp are awesome but like I told you on the phone... this is the real deal. Once you had a chance to read my thread on the Aston Martin, I was glad you realized what I meant about paint correction before protection.

You had mentioned to me that the dealer really wanted to pack the sale with an appearance protection package. But just as you were leary to do so, you made the right choice. Even though they offered this at a rock bottom price, smoke and mirroring a fine black cat like this one would of been a shame.

After the initial inspection I was able to pin point several areas that required attention. From holograming, RDS, chemical etchings, bird dropping stain and light surface contamination....some of everything was present.

Initial before prep shots...

Up and close surface defects which were corrected..Moderate to more aggressive holograms from some kind of inline spot repair done in the factory....

Below shots are a "RDS" Random deep scratch and some smaller ones which stretched from the front end of the quarter to the back. Dealer porters must of had something abrasive in there wash mitt or towels.

Every panel had some type of fine hairline scratches and or towel scratches from inferior detailing techniques. Poor employee training, inferior products and not looking at what you are doing causes this to happen!

Brandon - a truly lucky man to have stumbled on to David "before" joining the forum....I think there are many members here who wish he were practicing in their hometowns!

Nice work, David. Sign me up behind Rick as not minding picture intensive posts!

Regent....I know what you meant.....but try to find one on a dealer's lot or rolling off the end of the assy line that looks as good as David's "after" shots - bet you can't!
