OBD reading threshold and norm

I got a OBD2 unit and a iPhone software that is reading various things. But I can not tell if that reading is normal or above/below norm. Are there any place listing the normal values. (i.e. my voltage indicates 14.1... Is this normal?

Depends on many factors. Too much data will drive you crazy.
