Hi my x type 2.2 diesel has a misfire I've bought new injectors but have been told I should replace the fuel pump as well as the pumps are prone to disintegrate and send particles into the injectors also been told I need to flush out the fuel tank and fuel lines.
I was wondering if there is a way hat I can check if the pump needs replacing and if the fuel lines have been contaminated with metal particles would appreciate some feedback.
