XF 3.0D misfire

XF 3.0D misfire
Hello all,
I do hope somebody can help me my 2011 3.0 diesel has a severe misfire that seems like a bank of 3 cylinders isn't working. Codes throwing up are B1A85-96 and B1009-64. I drove it in for MOT which It passed, the tester drove it out and parked it up as I watched him, when I went to the car and started it the misfire began.
Hope someone can help as it's driving me mad.
