Exclamation EPB stuck on, can't drive

Hello. I have a 2020 ePace (28k miles). I left it in my garage and it went unused for 3 weeks over the holidays. I went to start it this morning and saw a yellow "Drive with Caution, Brake Fault Detected' message. I can't drive it. I put it into R or D but the emergency brake stays on. My batter is new as of 2024. It's worth noting; when I opened the door I didn't hear any of that electrical sound you normally hear. Like systems are waking up and getting ready to be used. However my car started up right away no issue issues there. Any other thoughts? At this point I'll need to get it flat bed 'towed' to a service station....

Did you get a warning "Low Battery, Start Engine" message?

If you try to manually release the brake, what happens? Does it acknowledge the button press to apply/release? Try putting them in service mode and back out.

Also, take a quick look at the wiring to them at the back wheels, make sure they didn't get chewed by a rodent or something. There's only one connector with 2 wires going to the caliper, can't miss it.
