Am looking to get a wider left foot rest for my Jag E-pace. Can anyone advise on any options out there

Since you have not indicated your location, I do not know if LHD and RHD cars have the same footrest dimensions. I buy stuff from Aliexpress and their prices are "cheaps as chips". You can purchase a footrest for less than $USD 10 and I am sure that you can adapt it to fit. It is 11.5cm (4 1/2" wide) and mounts using double sided tape. Hope this helps.

I've used the deadfoot pedal accessory for the F-Type in all of our LHD vehicles (E-PACE, F-PACE, F-Type, XE, XF). I don't have the part number handy but suffice to say that it fits all Jags we've owned from 2015-2023. It is a bright chrome vice brushed stainless but once it is dirty it is hard to distinguish the difference.

Default Left foot rest

The part number for the F-Type foot rest is: T2R11322. It cost me US$77.69. Just drill three holes (I forgot the exact size) into the hollow foot rest using the rubber insert as a template then tap the metal plate with screws into the holes. It might take 5-minutes.

I see that part number is now discontinued by Jaguar?
Anyone know if they have superseded it or changed part numbers?

Sorry about that. Did you ask local JLR dealers if any have one in stock? I notice that Jaguar leaper keyrings and red, white & blue Union Jack valve stem caps are just about gone. None of this stuff is available on the Jaguar website. But I managed to buy the last leaper keyring that was on display at my dealer after checking with five different dealers in Northern New England and the Washington, DC area over the past few years. And I was able to back order the cap for the valve-stems. Jaguar must be using up existing stock and not replenishing the inventory. A word to the wise, if we want anything from Jaguar we better start buying them up now.

No I did not because I added this to my XJR years ago and still am smarting from the $140 price at that time!
It's since come WAY down in price from Jaguar and the cheap aftermarket ones are pretty good too.
So I was keeping up with what Jaguar was doing with this part and it looks like they have given up and dropped it from their parts catalog.

Good advice too! Get them while you can!
