Hi Everyone,

I have a brand new e-pace (vin SADFA2BN1K1Z66144).
My touch pro doesn't have any menu showing for :
- software version
- software update

So as I would like to know if my E-pace is eligible to CarPlay update, I don't know how to check soft version number and how to update it if possible.

Any idea ?

Your menu doesn't show software update because your car doesn't have internet connectivity to download any updates. Likely because of your location in the world.

Easiest answer to your CarPlay question is no.

I would have thought, though, that the option of downloading software updates via a WiFi connection should still be available. Also, there ought to be screen somewhere saying what the current software version is.
