I have a 1969 series 2 Roadster, lots of non standard work been carried out on it.
The Bonnet has a doubler extending out behind the bonnet skin line also the bonnet line seems to cut back a little around this area. I removed the Centre grill but the doubler seems spot welded between the bracket and the skin.i have attached a photo.
can anybody throw some light on this. It is easy to see the doubler here
