I'm intending to weld in a bracket (seen holding in place in this picture) to reinforce the existing lower motor frame rail mounting point without tearing the whole front drivers foot well apart but I don't know what goes through and attaches through the hole circled on the right and if the bracket will interfere with it. So far I haven't been able to find a picture for a completely assembled interior toe panel so I thought I would ask you experts out there!

 

Someone answered the question for me. Its for a clip to hold a fuel vapor line only on series 2 cars.
