Looking for earlier owners of my etype. I see pics in xkedata - but no previous owners. Hoping someone recognizes the plates

1. CA black plate MY-JAG from 2004
2. Oregon CK 30839 from 2010

I’m pretty sure there were no customized black plates in 2004.
