Default Do your own interior?

I am getting braver or reckless. Don't know which. I am very talented and am thinking about installing a leather interior kit. Haven't done upholstery before. As mentioned, the car (Series ll XKE OTS), is a show and go, but it is meticulously restored at this point.

Should I try it? Seems a little spray glue and some patience is all it takes?
Thanks, Kent

Hi Kent. I can't claim to be "very talented" but when I rebuilt our E-Type FHC 20 years ago I used a BAS full kit. The way I did it was to use a professional upholsterer for the work I considered to require expertise or would be expensive if I stuffed it up. So the professional did the seats, headlining and rear wheel well covers. I did the rest. An OTS might be easier if you are not doing the top.
