I'm a private buyer who is seriously considering buying an e-type from a seller in Beverly Hills, CA. I'm an Englishman living in Switzerland and not intending on flying over so I need an e-type expert to run an inspection on the car for me. Can anybody out there recommend somebody who is either in the area or willing to travel there? would be much appreciated.

Check on Hemming's website...I think you will find many companies that advertise inspection services....
Then, follow up with questions to customers that have used their services.
