Looking for Data for XKE V12 Engine # 7S2013 SA...What does the SA stand for ?..Anyone one know or how i can find out what happened to the car..I just purchased the Engine with alleged 30,000 miles on it..

It's the compression ratio.

For V12's from 1971 to 1979, the suffix is as follows:
LA = 7.8:1 CR
LB = 7.8:1 CR
SA = 9:1 CR
SB = 9:1 CR

Your engine is therefore 9:1 CR.
