Default front turn signals

The Front turn signal bases for my '67 OTS are pitted and, unfortunately, cracked. Does anyone have an opinion on where to purchase replacements. How well do the repros fit?

Herb,
You have two options. First option is to go on line, and I am sure that any of the usual suppliers have new repros. I don't know how well they fit.
The second option is to buy used original ones and have them re chromed. The second option should guaranty a proper fit, but it may cost a bit more than buying new ones and it will probably take a few months to have them re chromed.
Let us know what you decided on, and if you decided on getting new ones, how they fit.
Good luck.
Bill.

I purchased a pair of tail lamps for my '67 OTS from Welsh. I was a little concerned because they were over $100 less than the other suspects. When I got them I immediately put them up to the body of my car without gaskets and they fit perfectly. The chrome is also beautiful. Happy with my choice.. OCD Herb

Hi Herb,
That is good news. I am glad you found tail light assemblies that you are happy with, and thank you for letting us know. Good to know where to go looking for them when the time comes. If you can, post a photo of them after they are installed on the car.
Bill.

I'm afraid it will be a couple years until the lights are actually mounted permanently.

Well. Ok, I guess we'll have to wait a bit then.
