I broke down last year whilst driving, just cut out at about 30 mph, problem identified as fuel pump failure and when new one fitted all was well.
same thing just happened although after a 2000 mile trip and waiting in immigration queue. Can’t believe a pump would fail after just 1 year and prob only 2500 miles since fitted.
any other ideas???

 

Did you open up the pump and tank and see what they look like?
Maybe your tank is dirty and your fouling the pump?
Do you have the filter sock on the in tank pickup?
Any plugged filters or lines causing excess back pressure?
Good ground?
