Ground Wire ID Near Horn Switch

Can someone please ID this ground wire? Found it dangling, but can’t see a mounting point. No horn with out it…

Looks like it was attached right above where it is in the photo. There is a U shaped cut out in the switch body that might have had a small bolt and nut capturing the wire. Just guessing though.
