Can someone verify that there was a change made sometime in 1966 so that the fuel tank did not need to first be removed to access the bolts to the left rear bumper blade? The latest Moss Motors catalog states so. I would like to remove it to replace the left side overrider.

There was a change with the 4.2 cars. All you have to do is look under the bumper--if you see nuts then you do not have to remove the tank!
