Default Remove Lower A Arm - E type

Trying to remove the lower a arms to replace the bushings. The a arms are difficult to even move because the shaft must be rusted into the bushing. Any good tricks to remove the rusted bushings? My only plan was to use PB blaster.

What steps have you already done regarding the torsion bars?

The torsion bar is removed. I think I got the removal incorrect. The fulcrum bar does not slide out but is removed by removing the sway bar and front fulcrum support and the arm slides out of the rear support.
