Vehicle history help
Hi,
I’ve fully restored a 1963 FHC after repatriating it from California (via Eindhoven) back to the UK. I have some history in terms of previous owners, but I suspect there are some gaps. I have the original owner - Nelson Souza. I also have the owner registration cards for Donald Nelson Kofoid from 1971-1977, some cards for Kenneth Wills 1988-90,2003-2006, Brian Osborn 2014 (last US owner). All are in the Petaluma/Forrestville areas. Is there a way I can get any other previous owner details. I can’t create an account on Ca DMV and I think they only give last 3 owners anyway?
