XKE carb rebuild kit?

Is there a rebuild kit for the SU HD8 that works with gas that has ethenol added to it?
The three carbs are in good shape but the diaphragms feel stiff. Also; if I remove the main jet without removing the needle will I have to align the jet and needle?
