Pays de la Loire ....... ?
Monday 22nd December 2014, I was travelling towards to Candes St Martin - an immaculate Solent Blue XJ40 went in the opposite direction.
Tuesday 23rd December 2014, travelling from Montsoreau to Loudun - an X300 or X308 was going in the opposite direction. Difficult to be certain of the model at our closing speed on a 5 km straight.
In the many times I have been to France, Jaguars are a rare site. Are you members of jaguarforums.com?

No answer to your question Graham but it poses one,
With a road link between France and UK I would have thought the French folk would be driving lots of Jags.I wish I could be back home within a day after buying my 06XJR for next to nothing.(it's a bucket list thing)

Lol.....you take care now Graham and keep your wits about you, don't want the Gendarmes taking you away.
Moving cars permanently between member states in the EU isn't straightforward or low cost. Several members have had lengthy problems getting their Jaguars re-registered in France. Also, RHD is a disincentive to importing a UK vehicle to mainland Europe.
