2005 X-Type for Sale - Low Miles...
Hey Everyone!!
I'm selling the Jag.. It's sad, but we're building a house so I need to prioritize - you know how it is..

Anyway, this is an awesome deal. This is a 2005 X type, 3.0 with 16,025 miles on it. The body and exteriorare perfect - no dents, dings or chips. The interior is immaculate - everything's beautiful inside. She's also great mechanically. I'm selling her for $19,000.
BTW, she has all the standard 3.0 features including a sunroof ana automatic transmission.
If you would like to see other pics or if you have any questions, please send me an e-mail.
Thanks - Smidgy
Ultimately 19k or less wont really help you that much, especially since you'll have to buy another car anyway, so this sounds like a treacherous move on your part, youre deserting us...Dont do it!

Aaahhhh, you guys are awesome..
I'll still come around - who knows, maybe she won't sell anytime soon.. I'm in no hurry to sell her - I'm just doing it for the extra cash for the house. I'll try to post some more pics so you guys can see how sweet she looks...

She's a FREAKING cop! OK, I vented! Even though she's a cop, it appears she's slightly human too because she fit in with us rather well! Her job gave her a new car, and even pays for her gas, so she really has no need for the X. We suggested that should she keep the baby, imagine a few years down having a 10 year old X with under 20K miles. Either way, it appears that she wants to do some crap to the house, so she's selling it, but if you ask me, she's making a mistake. One of the rare few women who come by, and now she's deserting us! Good luck with the sale either way!
Once again, I have to say, you guys are freakin' awesome! You all make me laugh.. Ya, ya, cop, blah... But, yes, BigDreams is exactly right. I got the new "work car" with free gas and no car payment, so it's kind of a waste of money to keep the Jag. And we're building a house, so the extra cash will help right now. (Hello upgraded carpet and hardwood floors!!)
But, I haven't really tried to sell the car yet. So far, I've only posted it here. I plan on putting it on ebay - that's where I sold the Mustang - and if that doesn't work, thre's always the Autotrader..
For those interested.. the Jag still has the new car smell....

Sure officer but I'm friends with Smidgy ...hey you never know
Man smidgy that is a steal of a deal for that car...If you really want to try and get rid of it quick try seeing if a jag dealer would give you what your asking as a trade-in...that price seems awful low for being only 2 years old...I'd give that a try vs. giving that car away!
Thanks Aquill - that's a good idea. Yeah, the car will be a good deal for whoever buys it and if no one does, I'll still have a beautiful car. I've still been too lazy to post it on ebay or autotrader yet...
Yeah, I called the local Jag dealership and they said that they usually purchase their carsfrom Jaguar for the low $18000's. Right now I owe a little over that, so hopefully they'll do it. The only thing that pisses me off, is that they'll go and try to sell it for $29000. I'd rather sell it to someone for what I owe, to give them a good deal, rather then have a dealership rip someone off.
True but thats the way that goes...quick sale for you...Not that I think you should get rid of it or anything but if you did want to get rid of it quick there you go...don't put it on autotrader for 19k though take it up a little...
That's a nice car, god tint job from the photo.
People like overpaying at dealers cuz people fear buying from owner, so let them get ripped off, you shouldn't feel bad.

Ok, guys, it's official. She's been posted on the Autotrader. If you do a search in my zip code - 29414, you can see the other pics I have of her. Btw, I took it by the dealership and they were dicks, as is expected. The guys said he'd buy if for 17,000. I love how they're always trying to rip people off..
But, anyway. If anyone from this forum is interested, I'll sell it to you for the payoff, which is a littleover $18,000.
Thanks!

Your car looks really Really good...you shouldn't have any trouble selling it at 18,000. Kelly Blue Book lists it at 23-24 thousand, but they are usually like 2 thoussand high. Still your 6,000 below. On your autotrader page you may want to list a little more of the features, just for completly oblivious people. Such as power seats, A/C, power window, power locks, CD player...anyhting you have you should list. I know to us jag owners, those are standerd, but alot of people have owned crappy cars all there life and have never had any power.
