Been thinking about doing this on the air to water intercoolers on my car.. How long did it take you? Did you hand sand them or did you use a belt/orbital sander?

Well I started with removing the rough surface with grinder, bad idea I had to work more because of this. Then I use a drill bit attachment on my power drill, had to be careful because if I angle it wrong the drill would hit the intake and scratch it I decided that the best way to go is to us a double wheel sander and small places a dremel. I still need some more sanding with fine grit sandpaper and some edge work but I think it looks better. I am also waiting for the supercharger plate being fabricated for my car I decided on a Vortech. I will keep you posted on another post about that.
