Bright sunlight gives me migraines. I tint my windows for safety reasons.

 

If and only IF done well AND tastefully I think it adds a certain sumthin to certain types of cars.

i got my windows tinted 35% all around except for the rear winshield which i got 20% percent. reason being it make the 35% look slightly darker. i tinted them purely for looks but now i could of like the privacy after having them, and it makes me feel important lol.

 

Jaggyx, what color is your Jag? Do you have any pictures of your car with the windows tinted?

Anybody have a Jag that is Mystal Metallic and has the windows tinted?

 

I like what the previous owner did on my 05 XRK. He had the side windows tinted but not the back window. This gives the sense of privacy and knocks down the sun's glare, but also then is police friendly. Good idea he had. I'll always remove rear window tinting on a car I buy that has it, but not the side windows.

 

Interesting approach dfwx. Given the amount of solar energy and the ill-effects it has on the interior, not to mention the heat build-up in the car, I can't imagine enjoying all the benefits of the side windows being tinted and not also tinting the rear window.
