2018 F-Pace residual value and money factor

Hello everyone!

I'm looking into leasing a 2018 F-Pace 35t Premium. 10K miles, 39 month lease. Can anyone tell me the current residual values on this model and the money factor? I'm in Southern California.

leasing is always a waste of money, unless you have infinite amount of dough
