Has anyone else seen this?

Got a push notification from gas buddy app and saw this

 

I have not received anything.

 

There is a VIN range for this issue. If your vehicle is within the range, you will receive a letter in the mail. Should be notified if you have an issue on or before Oct 22, 2021.

 

I e-mailed the factory tech , asked if my VIN was effected he replied back this morning " 4 of your 5 set belts are on the parts order we are still waiting for your current vehicle , even though you won't be the owner of it much longer "
