Aluminium coolant pipes available for purchase in Europe?

Hello everyone, I just imported an F-Pace S 2016 and it's leaking coolant, jaguar service told me it's the 2 pipes that everyone's complaining about. I want to replace them with the aftermarket aluminium ones, but I can't find any to buy in Europe, every ebay shops or other sites are located either in US or China and the shipping time is over 1 month. I have to register my car sooner and for it to pass TUV it will have to be in order. The service quoted me 1500 euros in repairs including water pump (which is fine but they only recommended it) and other lines and gaskets. I hope on doing just the pipes myself as this is the only problem right now and to pass the inspection so I can register it. Can anyone link me any ebay shops or other sites from where to buy the aluminium pipes in Europe? If it's not allowed here sorry, send me the links in private. It's disgusting that Jaguar didn't make a recall for this
