Exclamation F-pace 2.0d ingenium weird engine noise like drum-beat

Hi I'm new here, got myself a used F-pace 2.0, 2018 model Eco-Power at 230k km on it, that makes this weird deep drum-beat like noise(check out the video link above) it might be air intake related as you can feel some air blows at the air intake opening following he rhythm of the noise...otherwise the car runs pretty well, you cannot hear it from the interior of the car, and it has no check engine warning light on or any current fault codes coming up...Does anyone have an idea what it could be? Didn't make it to the dealership yet...Full service has been done by Jaguar Germany, I just changed the oil early, to see if there's any metallic residues showing in it and it was clean..
I would really appreciate any input from you guys!

If you don’t have any misfire codes or other engine codes and it runs fine, don’t worry about it. These direct injection engines have high compression with noisy fuel injectors. That’s normal.

Hi thanks a lot for the response...There was no misfire codes, in the meantime I've cleaned the EGR valve and washed the DPF, because for about two occasions the noise has disappeared....but the cleaning didn't help it...I'm worried it might be some stupid sensor, like air related? It's definitely backfiring into the air intake, I even got the tools now needed to disassemble the engine but I'm afraid there won't be any physical damage visible when opening it up, since, as I mentioned earlier, the noise,-backfiring into the intake has disappeared on two occasions for whatever reasons..I can't drive it like this though, wouldn't want to risk damaging the engine further, it might be coming from the hydraulic lifters which open the valves maybe one of them doesn't work properly and sometimes a valve remains open? I read that this could also happen if the EGR recirculated gas isn't cooled/working at all, due to the higher temp in the combustion chamber, the explosion might take place sooner than expected,-while the intake valves aint closed yet...but mechanics are looking at me like I'm crazy when I throw this YouTube wisdom at them lol

Forgive my ignorance as I missed the “d” as in diesel. I’m not a diesel tech so I wouldn’t be of much use to you. However, if you do get the problem resolved, please let us know what it was so hopefully others can benefit from it.
