I lost the 25t engine on my 2018 F Pace sport with only 23,000 miles. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

 

I've had 5 Jaguars, with 3 current all run well, (FpaceSVR, FtypeR, XF)

Now and again an engine or other component can fail earlier on any car... often oil related when its the engine...

Assume you are under warranty

If you don't mind, please answer these queations. I just bought a 25t , own a 30t in my F-Type [2018, 26.000kms];

- Did you buy the car new and did you run the engine in ?
- Where there any 'early' signs like noises, lack in power, warning lights ?
- Did the dealer tell you what failed and why ?
- Did you collect stories from other JLR owners with this problem ?
