i have a first edition v6 on order due to arrive dec 16/jan17

i have till august to lock in specific build, but i've just ticked every box and now debating to go silver or blue

either way i definitely want to replace the front and rear lower silver trim with the gloss black trim (would have to replace the side door trim too if i went the blue). i really dont like the silver on the rear valance, in all black it looks alot lower and wider

has anyone looked into this, or is still to early for the online parts store to list genuine f-pace parts?

i'd also like to remove all the red jaguar growler badges, wheel caps and front emblem were an easy swap on my f-type r, but im not sure jaguar offer a model with the radar cruise panel in a black emblem - has anyone seen a demo or press car with it?

i know i could order a v6 380hp with all this already done, but i want to persist with the first edition model primarily for the windsor leather in ivory - this is the same leather/colour as in my f-type r. i really don't like the lower grade taurus leather jag use, i'd prob even choose the suede over it if i had to

here's a quick pshop i did on silver car with the black lower trim on what i hope will soon to be released eibach springs lol - the astute f-pace watchers will note we don't have the amber headlight lenses here in aus

 

FYI, if you like cooled seats, you will not be able to have that feature in the First Edition. Although heated is possible in the FE.

i ended up bailing on the f-pace order after driving a v6 demo - and went and bought a new m3 competition

the v6 just did nothing for me, it felt way too soft and not really engaging in any way

ill revisit once jag do an R or SVR - something like the Ranger Rover SVR on the f-pace alu chassis would be perfect

i see a go-fast test mule on the ring, but the muted sound makes me think that BMW V8 TT is closer than we think



i've watched this review of the Rangey heaps of times now, this is what i really want to see for the f-pace (check out 1.08s power oversteer and cocking a front inner wheel, crazy)
