I was wondering if any of you guys are getting parking sensor issues with your F pace? There are many times where I back up and start to drive away from a spot and my sensor goes on saying I am still next to something and it turns bright red with that annoying sound when I am on the open road. It's either delayed or it's seeing ghost obstacles. I, once tried to just "x" out of that sensor that pops up when I'm driving and then my sound volume system (you know when it mutes when the sensor beeping comes on) stays on low and won't turn up or down on the knob. It's like I am in permanent parking sensor mode even when I am on the highway.

Is there like a sensor reset or something or is there a recall for this? Maybe I am just imagining ghost obstacles. Who knows.

 

My f-type did when I first had it and it was corrected at a service. It used to go nuts sometimes when I was reversing into my parking sport.

It has started doing it again.

 

I noticed that bug splatter on sensor could have this effect.
