Thumbs up headlight adjustment

hello and good evening Real Jaguar Owners
I have moved from my x-type 04 to my F-Pace 2018 sport
I think my right headlight is shining a little low, adaptive LED, really like them.
just need which adjuster is the up and down adjuster, the one on top of the headlight can or the one on the back.

198567 miles
Prestige package
slate gray
photos to follow, vehicle in getting some service
I have been busy with work, covid, and Family, not necessarily in that order.
the members here have helped me with my 04 x-type to make it to 200,000 miles with no major problems. I thank you one and all.

Have you checked the Carfax report? Maybe the car had been into a collision that is why the right headlight is out of alignment.

Here's a video. It's a 250XF. Maybe you'll get an idea

7mm Allen wrench. There's a hole in a bracket above the headlamp through which one can insert an Allen wrench to adjust headlamp height. There is no ability to adjust left or right.

Yes the adjusters should be clearly visible from the top with the hood open, watch the light output against a wall or flat surface and you should clearly see them moving.

Spec is appx 1.5* downward angle, good way to make sure is mark the spot they hit, then bring the vehicle closer, the light should hit slightly higher. If the light stays the same or goes down, they are too high.

I never thought of that method! Simple and easy.
