Hello, I want to make the first big update to this infotaiment on my F Pace (with this update it automatically installs Apple Carplay and AndroidAuto)
Alone I can not do (I have no update voice in the menu) and in the workshop they told me
not to do it because you can lock the car. If this happens it will be necessary to change some control unit that will pay the customer. Solutions?

Need more info; year, model, etc. Also who and what is the workshop? What is an update voice?
