Default Mounting front plate

I really don't want to drill holes on my front bumper but displaying a front plate is the law in the nanny state of New Jersey. Has anyone figured out how to mount a front plate without drilling holes?

BTW, my first post and first time Jaguar owner.

If you don't need to remove the plate, you might want to check with these folks - I had their bracket on my XFR and was happier drilling into the UNDERSIDE of the bumper out of sight

Actually I still have the MEDIUM Skene bracket with all the screws from my XFR and I have no need of it so I'll sell it for $30 including shipping to the US48. PM me if interested.
