Default 2016 Trouble filling gas tank

When I go to fill up the pump keeps tripping off.The attendant has to point the hose nozzle straight up for it to fill properly.Anyone else experiencing the same problem? Any other suggestions.
Thanks in Advance

I had the same problem, took it to the dealer and had the fuel neck replaced. Problem fixed. In the meantime, try fueling with the nozzle turning to 9 o clock.

Dealer will have to check it out first. Then order parts. Count on a second trip or leaving it two days. But it does fix the problem.

Do you know if the 'fix' was incorporated into the 2017's?
