Updating that rooms will sell out at Tapoco for Friday and Saturday night (May 15-16, 2026). Last check was less than 5 rooms available.
For those who can get away early, Knoxville is our Thursday/Friday base again this year. We will plan a Thursday evening meet & greet.
If you haven’t registered yet, please do so. The event is free, travel on your own dime. Accurate counts are needed for planning and communications with vendors, so thanks for taking the time to let me know you’re coming. Details and group chat link will be sent to all registered participants.
Our website has the registration link and hotel code. www.f-type.org
New for 2026, there’s now a public FT TOD-dedicated Facebook group available to all at https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1Go...ibextid=wwXIfr

Update: cut off for registration is April 18.
Just a few things to note here for now.
We have moved Thursday’s meet & greet from downtown Knox to Cedar Bluff area. This is also just down the road from our Friday morning drive start at Harper Jag.
Hotels in Knoxville for Thursday night are pricey due to graduation. There are hotels in Cedar Bluff and the next exit down at Turkey Creek. Hotel rates are still higher than normal but not as insane as downtown.
For Friday & Saturday, Tapoco is fully booked. If staying off-site, please check angle and material of driveway for any Airbnb. There is a new hotel/BnB in Robbinsville but no reviews in just yet.
If you want event vinyl, those details will go out in email to registered attendees in the next few days. We’ve changed the order process from previous years and it will be shipped directly to you, rather than picked up onsite. As always, you’re responsible for ordering and paying for your stuff.
Last I checked, we’re at over 50 cars, with 80+ peeps. If you’ve not received a welcome email from me, please reach out. That same address is used for all event communications once registration closes so make sure you’re on the list.
If you’re planning to attend but not registered yet please do so. If you’ve registered but can no longer attend, we will miss you this year but please send me a note so I can give accurate count to our sponsors and hosts and also so I can avoid paying to create materials for you.

If you are registered, info for ordering event vinyl (door decals) went out to all this morning. (With a follow up email of the actual design. Doh!)
If you are already registered and did not get the email (or the one that went out on Friday with agenda updates), something went wrong. Please let me know.
