In the continued search for a pulley and tune tuner option for my V8S I have found, Viezu. Remap, Chip Tuning, Car Engine Tuning, Economy Remap, ECU Remapping

They are based in Great Britain and claim to have performed over 24,000 tunes on various vehicles to include Jaguars. They also offer insurance coverage on the engine in case there is an issue that relates back to their software.

They have an in house dyno that they use to create the original file. Read below from their site: research-and-development

Anyway I'm still in the research mode but so far have not found any standout US standout tuners that have been willing or able to answer my questions and or show before and after dyno documentaion on what their product will actually do as well as include end user references. The description on the website suggests they've found a way to hang on to all the boost the supercharger makes, which won't make a huge difference to the horsepower, but will give lots more torque in the mid range.
