My InControl App service expires in April and I'm looking to extend it for several more years. It has worked rather flawlessly for me and is especially nice during the Winter.
However, I'm having the hardest time getting any response from my dealership or from Jaguar North America on how to extend it. The guys at the local dealership, after being sent from guy to guy to guy, don't know how to extend it and told me to call Jag North America. I've done that twice and, of course, had to leave voicemails only to never hear back.
Anyone here dealt with this issue and found a way to extend it? Cost per year?
Any assistance or guidance is appreciated.

Mine runs out in December. Received an email from Jaguar for a one year renewal at shop.incontrol.jaguar.com

I've checked my account but can't find any link to extending the service. I'm hoping that they will contact me, as they did you, about extending it at least a month prior to mine expiring.

 

Yes - I got a link in an email a month or so before mine expired. Clicked and bought online and it came through straight away. Was I think $120 for a year if I remember correctly.

 

Mind was $67 for a year. I got an email about a year and a quarter after my warranty expired. I had limited functionality until I renewed
Trips were recorded and location service but I couldn’t lock or unlock the car. As soon as I renewed, everything worked.

 

I agree, I think mine was $69 or something plus tax in Texas. You can only extend for a year at a time it would appear. I was a little concerned that the small print suggested that once it expired, you might not be able to reactivate it, so I headed that cat off at the pass. I probably don't make a great deal of use of it but one time it did save me headed five floors back up to the parking garage to lock the car that I had forgotten to do as I was carrying a bunch of stuff. My doctor might not approve, but my co-workers thought it was cool...

 

In the UK I renewed mine for two years.
