Reading all these suggestions has got me hungry!

Wales is very different to London and well worth an explore when you have time, we have some beautiful mountain scenery and beaches. Hope you're enjoying yourself. Being in Kensington you probably are more likely to see Ferraris and Lambos, but it's usually quieter this time of year.

Fair, the Savoy is a better choice, but even though Fortnum & Mason can be touristy I think the tea service is still proper. I don't think u can go wrong with either, but getting a last minute seat at Fortnum & Mason is basically not going to happen, Savoy usually has something open, even the day of.
