Buying a vehicle sight unseen is always going to be risky. Not to have it independently inspected in the circumstances is remarkably casual. If you were unsatisifed with the condition of the vehicle at the point of delivery, you should have refused to accept it and sent it back to the dealer.
This dispute is a matter between you and the supplying dealer and not one that is going to be contested on the forum.
