Default Bagging a F type

Hi guys new to the forum as I’m currently waiting for my white 2016 jaguar f type to arrive. But just wondering would anyone know where I would start in trying to use air suspension on my jag? Thanks in advance!

Both the cars in the photo need more AIR in their SUSPENSIONS! LOL

Yep, it can be done and has been done, I'm sure I've seen a thread or post on it around here somewhere.
The white one in the pics above is a base model V6 so it seems the owner wanted to save money on the purchase cost and spend those savings on bagging it!

It might be on the dark web with the other things that shouldnt really be done by those in polite society.

Just kidding, my tastes are not that conventional when it comes to cars as well...

You aren't likely to get much assistance in this area on this forum. That scene is not here. Find a local car customs shop and work with them on it. Any shop worth their salt will be able to do it. If you have to ask or find a thread on how to do it, you shouldn't be attempting it yourself.

I would never attempt something like this. Just trying to figure out where certain people are getting their parts from. But I now know the answers wont be on here.

I assume that handling is not a high priority for you. A good low-rider custom shop should be able to install the appropriate aircraft hydraulics.

Here is the vid of that one in the pics. I think it may be what I remembered when I said "I'm sure I've seen a thread or post on it around here somewhere":

I’ve never seen so many people standing around doing so little.

And I have never seen so much BS that has nothing at all to do with the title of the vid.
Other than the opening shots the only bit that features the F-Type is a mahoosive 36 seconds from the 11.34 mark to the 12.10 mark out of 16.08 total.
And zero showing how they bagged the F-Type or what they used to do it.

You've never seen British workmen laying cables, then!

I Guess you can say that lol. I’ve had cars on air suspension in the past and ride quality is exceptionally good. Idk what most people think it’s like from all the responses hating on the idea but I’ve tracked cars and everything with air suspension so it’s something I want to do in the future once I get more info on it

As a chassis engineer for a large OEM, I can tell you that when we develop air suspension for a vehicle, its never with driving performance in mind. An aftermarket air suspension kit for the F-type will make it handle worse, guaranteed. If you want to make an air suspension car handle well, you've got to do a lot of work. Throwing parts on a car won't cut it.

Kinda curious why you went for an R when bagging it was your plan? Seems like the V6 would have sufficed and saved some cash.
