Default Bob’s your uncle

Had lunch today with Bob Tullius (group44), first time in a couple of months due to Chinese Pox. He’s doing well and wants to start flying his King Air again soon! For those who don’t know, Bob was kinda Jaguar’s Carroll Shelby- giving the staid company legitimate race victorys in trans am and GTP racing. Due to his success, Jaguar’s poor reputation at the time in the US was eclipsed enough by group 44’s wins that people kept buying them. He was kind enough to allow some photos of our f type next to one of his GTP cars. Cheers Bob!

I am Bob is doing well. Way back when when Bob was racing the XJR-5 around Charlotte during the Camel GT series, the car blew apart its front end on something. I was lucky enough to get a front fender section which Bob signed for me. Still have it.
