Does anyone know if having an LED mounted in the side strakes (like the C-X16 concept) is feasible based on the surrounding plastic, etc? Where would be the best place to tie the leads into?

Now I see why they call them power vents. I'm certain we'll see something like that offered from the aftermarket. Should be a simple snap-in and connect to power.

There is a lip on the top side of the vent where they could be tucked into, but black plastic between the mesh and the engine bay. I wondering if a hole would need to be drilled through the plastic divider and then it could be tied into the automatic headlamps and sync with them?

If this were to be done, I would think the red like the concept would be the color of choice.

The installer took a look at the car today. They will be mounting blue LEDs above and to the inside of the plastic mesh on the side power vents next week. They will be tying them into the parking lights, so that they will come on when the headlights switch on. They can also add a toggle switch in the cabin to turn them on/off in case there is any issue with law enforcement.

The blue should compliment the blue interior lights and should also nicely reflect onto the chrome vents.

Will you be putting a star on top, or an angel?

Wrong marque. A panthera onca needs to go on top.
