For all you SF Bay Area Folks, there is a Cars & Coffee at the Blackhawk Plaza and Museum tomorrow Sunday Sept 7. It's the first Sunday of every month, the official time is 8:00 to 10:00 AM but if you get there at 8 you will be parking out in the boonies. There are usually around 300 to 400 cars of every type but very few Jaguars. I have been going for a year now and I am the only privately owned F-Type that I have seen there. Cole European is one of the sponsors so they bring a couple F-Types out for show. It's a fabulous show and the sponsors usually hand out 2 passes to the museum for participants. There's good restaurants there for brunch afterwards too. I hope to see a few of you guys out there tomorrow. I have the Firesand Orange V8S.

Just seen this and would normally be very keen but its a 70min drive for me from Marin and I've had a few cocktails now so its unlikely I'll make it.

Good turn out this morning at SF Cars and Coffee. They had a Zonda and Enzo out. There was an E-Type and black R as well. Danville is a bit far for me, although I might stop by since I need to be in the East Bay tomorrow afternoon for friend's BBQ.

They have photos of the Zonda/Enzo on their Facebook page. The Enzo's engine bay is a work of art. Just amazing. Not all 660 HP cars are the same.

 

Series 1 E-Type is lovely. Like the wheels on the Black R too. Good work.
