He is....skeptical about that.

If you left the ECU alone and it doesn't throw any codes you should be ok, but I'd plan on keeping the stock cats to swap back just in case

Worst case, just do a swap for smog. Or at least that's what I did with my old G35. Not sure if it was worth it, lol.
