Pulled out of a gas station with a half tank last night prepared to socially distance any challengers when... the CEL came on (solid, not flashing). Pulled over to check the gas cap - opened and methodically re-closed it - only for the light to remain on. I proceeded to drive straight home to park the car for the night. Woke up this morning and got a 10am time slot at my dealer telling them my money was on a bad 02 sensor. After a 1.5hr wait the car was ready with... a new 02 sensor. Hope this adds to the color we already have on the forum: these 02 sensors like to go.

Yep, I've had two go. Had one fixed only for the light to come right back on and then got that one fixed. I'm not convinced they replaced the correct one.

By the way, how’s the pulley belt coming along? Saw that it was a bit small - going with the single sided belt and new idler pulley or waiting for a double sided belt?
