P0430 bad drivers side cat.
P0420 bad passenger side cat.

You can try some cleaners to see if it helps??
If you think it's an O2 sensor just swap it side to side and see if the code changes to P0420. If so change the O2 sensors (Both of them). These will be the post cat O2 sensors.

The P0430 code doesn't mean the cat is necessarily bad. It indicates "catalyst inefficiency" and that is based on comparing the readings of the sensors fore and aft of the converter. If it sees that there isn't enough difference between the two it throws that code, but I would look to the sensors first as they are a known issue.

EDIT: Since the warranty for the sensors has been extended, I'd recommend having the dealer diagnose it. If it's the sensor(s) it should be fixed at no charge.
