Default Coilovers, how to remove the error code?

Hi guys.

I'm currently thinking abat installing coilovers for my Jag, BC racing and I know it's EDC for my Jag which would show an error code with coilovers.

If you had the experience on it, I hope you share the way how to remove this error code.

As I heard from the installer, he doesn't know KW error resistor could work on my Jag and also if it works simply remove the fuse for EDC.

Share yours.

Thank you.

Most of the members here are running lowering springs as its the least intrusive.

I don't recall a fuse for specifically for the adaptive suspension as it is an actual module (ISCM- Integrated Suspension Control Module) . The ISCM is tied deep into the other systems of the car including brakes, transmission, engine, and traction control which then adapts the suspension accordingly. I've included some screenshots of the F-TYPE repair manual to show you how much of the car relies on the ISCM.

Thank you very much for your detailed reply.
I just found that you commented here.
Sorry and thank you very much.

Then, it's not that simple to remove the code simply by taking off the fuse.

I need to find the other way then.

Thank you!

Happy New Year!

I don't know how much a pair of resistors would cost, but you might try those first (front pair would be much easier to access) with the stock shocks still in place. With the shocks unplugged I believe they'll be at the stiffest setting so ride quality will not be good but you could at least see if you get the error.

Perhaps coding it as a non adaptive car?

Why get coilovers when you can get some decent springs ?
